$75,000•$85,000 +

The Role:
We are looking for a leader who can run a kitchen like a business. You will own kitchen operations, food quality, systems, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all kitchen operations Ensure consistency and speed Manage food cost and labor Build prep systems and inventory controls Train and develop team Maintain cleanliness and food safety Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal health regulations Maintain inspection readiness at all times
What We're Looking For:
5+ years kitchen leadership experience Strong Cuban or Latin cuisine background Proven ability to manage costs and systems Strong leadership and organization
Growth Opportunity:
Path to Executive Chef and Director of Culinary as the brand scales.
