Kitchen Manager - Now Hiring!! Eggs Up Grill is hiring immediately for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team! We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM—work with us and enjoy being home in time for dinner. We're looking for a strong multitasker with a professional attitude and proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor, kitchen lead, or manager + Manager ServSafe Certificate.

Position Details:

Full-time position (serious applicants only) Weekend and holiday availability required Pay is negotiable based upon experience and skill level

Responsibilities:

Prepare food according to established recipes Read and manage tickets to ensure timely and accurate execution Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all BOH workstations Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team Manage inventory and place food orders Be able to come in earlier then shift start in the event of morning catering orders Be able to execute all menu items on all grill stations Train and communicate clearly with team members Maintain strong written and verbal communication
