Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to take leadership in a high volume waterfront seafood restaurant. We are growing with lots of opportunities to grow with us. Looking for someone with leadership experience. Responsibilities Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs Supervise kitchen staff's activities Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs Recruit and manage kitchen staff Rectify arising problems or complaints Inventory and ordering of all kitchen related items Perform administrative duties, schedule writing and inventories Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Skills Proven working experience Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently Capable of delegating multiple tasks Communication and leadership skills
