Job Description

Restaurant Manager - Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this role, you will champion exceptional customer service, uphold high standards of food quality and safety, and create a welcoming environment for every guest. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize daily operations, and drive overall restaurant performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse team in a fast‑paced, hospitality‑focused setting while delivering consistent, passionate service. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop restaurant staff through effective training and coaching Oversee daily operations and shift management to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards Manage inventory control, ordering, and food production processes to reduce waste and maximize profitability Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards Oversee cash handling, POS operations (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and accurate financial reporting Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation, quality control, and efficient service Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment through ongoing coaching, communication, and performance evaluations Skills & Qualifications Proven management experience with strong leadership, team supervision, and staff development abilities Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills Experience with inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and kitchen operations Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant operations and lead teams during high‑volume shifts
Pay:
$54,340.00 - $62,980.00 per year
