Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quick Serve Restaurant Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional fast food experiences! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage a vibrant team dedicated to efficiency and quality. Your leadership will drive food preparation excellence, maintain smooth kitchen and front-of-house functions, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quick and efficient service. Supervise staff training, development, and performance to cultivate a motivated and skilled team. Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Oversee cash handling procedures, register reconciliation, and financial transactions with accuracy. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations across all areas of the restaurant. Coordinate shift management, scheduling staff coverage during peak hours to maximize productivity. Support customer service excellence by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform inventory control effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations applicable to the food industry. Previous experience in hospitality management or casual dining environments is highly desirable.
