Location:
 Grayton Beach, Florida We're a high-volume coastal casual restaurant and bar in Grayton Beach, doing $4-6M annually, with a strong bar program and busy nights/weekends. We're looking for a hands-on FOH Manager to help lead the floor, drive great guest experiences, and support the GM with day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Lead shifts and manage daily FOH operations Be a visible, high-energy presence on the floor during service Train, coach, and support servers, bartenders, and hosts Ensure consistent execution of service standards, cleanliness, and safety Handle guest recovery and build relationships with regulars Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and basic cost controls Communicate effectively between FOH and BOH What We're Looking For 2-4+ years of full-service restaurant management or strong supervisor/lead experience High-volume background strongly preferred ($3M+ annual sales ideal) Comfortable in a fast-paced, bar-forward environment Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (DOE) Performance-based bonus program tied to sales and profitability Individual health stipend Dining/shift perks and real growth potential in a proven, high-volume concept How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief note about: Your most recent role and annual sales/volume experience Your experience in high-volume and/or bar-forward concepts Your availability to start
