As we prepare to open our new downtown Sarasota home located at 1833 Ringling Blvd, we are building a leadership team rooted in awareness, professionalism, and genuine care for people. We are hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the dining room, guide the team, and help create a calm, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This is a working leadership role with a consistent presence on the floor. It is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and takes pride in supporting both guest experience and team success. Responsibilities Maintain and model Caragiulos' hospitality standards on every shift. Support a warm, welcoming, and well-paced dining room environment. Engage with guests and support the overall guest experience. Address guest concerns with care, judgment, and professionalism. Maintain an active and visible presence on the floor during service. Support dining room flow, pacing, and overall organization. Support and guide team members during service, providing real-time coaching on service, awareness, and hospitality. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment. Qualifications Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability. Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a professional presence. Genuine interest in hospitality and working with people. Evening and weekend availability required. Preferred Experience in restaurant hospitality with a working knowledge of food, wine and beverage Experience supporting and leading a team with a strong understanding of dining room operations and service flow. Familiarity with Toast POS, reservation systems, Excel and spreadsheets. Strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage service, and elevated dining.
