• Job Overview
• We are looking for a Front of House Restaurant Manager for our authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Waterside in Lakewood Ranch. Knowledge of the italian language strongly preferred. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient kitchen operations, and a positive work environment for the staff.
• Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food production
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Plan and execute catering events as needed
• Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
• Skills
• Strong background in restaurant operations, including cooking and food production
• Experience in casual dining or hotel restaurant management
• Proficient in team management and fostering a positive work environment
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in a restaurant setting
• Familiarity with catering operations is a plus
