Responsibilities Assist the Kitchen Manager in supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and presentation standards across all menu items Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Support staff training and development, including onboarding new team members and coaching existing staff on food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Assist in shift management by coordinating team schedules, supervising staff performance, and resolving operational issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within quick service or fast-food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in team management, training & development, and interviewing potential staff Familiarity with inventory control, food safety standards, and food industry best practices Excellent leadership abilities combined with exceptional customer service skills Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience with restaurant management or hospitality management roles preferred Embark on a rewarding journey where your culinary expertise meets leadership excellence!
