Pizzeria Manager - Part Time or Full Time Seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Manager to join our family-owned team in Spring Hill. We have proudly served the community for over 30 years and operate a simple, streamlined business with no in-house delivery, minimal paperwork, and a strong focus on quality food and customer service. This position can be part time or full time and averages 20-40 hours per week over a 5-day work week. We are closed 2 days per week. Typical business hours are 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, work well with a small team, stay calm during busy rushes, and help maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Previous pizzeria management or leadership experience Experience with stone ovens and New York-style pizza Ability to hand toss pizza dough Experience with prep, line work, and cooking Current ServSafe Manager Certification required Leadership and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and organized Able to motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment Willing to jump in wherever needed during busy periods Focused on food quality, speed, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen and staff operations Help hire, train, and develop employees Participate in the hiring process for new staff members Schedule and manage employees during shifts Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and consistency Ensure staff follows proper food safety and sanitation procedures Help maintain a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Step into prep, cooking, pizza making, or other duties as needed
About Our Operation:
Family-owned and operated In business for over 30 years Approximately 70-120 tickets per day Staff of approximately 10 employees No in-house delivery operation Minimal paperwork required Owner handles accounting, payroll, marketing, licensing, and most administrative tasks Sauces, dressings, dough, and many products made from scratch Stone ovens and authentic New York-style pizza We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a stable, long-standing business and help lead a hardworking team in a fast-paced but manageable environment.
