Job Description
We are a fast growing, fun, action packed BBQ brand. BubbaQue's BBQ is a family owned and operated regional brand. We are currently looking for Kitchen Manager candidates within Hillsborough County. We currently have 3 locations within Hillsborough County and 1 in Manatee County, 2 Casual Full Service Restaurant and 2 QSRs, and several more in the works. Requires 50-55 hours a week! Responsibilities and Characteristics include but are not limited to are:
- Very engaging and hands on is a MUST!
- Managing a staff of 15-60
- Creating schedules
- Completing inventory
- Complete Food Orders
- All Interview and Hiring duties
- Organize and conduct Store Meetings
- Ensuring quality of food preparation
- Proficient customer service skills
- Outgoing and personable
- Takes the initiative without being asked
- Ability to start and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Disciplined and well organized
- Good communication skills
- Master the art of cleaning
- Love what you do
- Show up on time
