Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant team. Duties Interview and hire all new employees Lead training and coaching of all new employees Bake cookies according to store procedures Mix cookies from scratch following company recipes Hosts special events and catering events Open and close the store, as needed, in accordance with store operations guidelines Operate oven according to operating procedures Take lead on delivery app order fulfillment and ensure all items ordered are prepared and packaged correctly. Inventory management and control Ensure Team Members are following all store policies and procedures Ensures the store and employees are compliant with all Health Regulations and Standards Monitor POS to ensure Team Members are entering correct items during customer checkout. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Effectively manages all Team Members Skills Proficiency with POS systems for efficient transaction processing Strong background in inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally Ability to manage shift schedules, oversee food production, and coordinate team efforts seamlessly Experience in training & development of staff to elevate service quality and operational efficiency Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
