Assistant Manager We're Looking for a Leader Who Can Run the Show You know the kitchen, the line, and the team like the back of your hand—and you're not afraid to take charge. We're hiring an Assistant Manager who can confidently lead day-to-day operations, enforce policies and procedures, and hold the team accountable to our high standards. Your Responsibilities Lead daily operations and keep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently Uphold and enforce all company policies, food safety protocols, and cleanliness standards Drive a positive, productive shift while holding the team accountable to performance and behavior expectations Manage labor and food costs through smart planning and execution Ensure top-notch food quality, consistency, and portion control Open and close the restaurant according to company checklists and procedures Train, coach, and develop team members to support growth and maintain high standards Communicate effectively with upper management about performance, wins, and challenges What You Bring to the Table 1-2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting (Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, Team Lead, or similar) Strong knowledge of operations, labor control, and food safety standards A confident, approachable leadership style—you lead by example and set the tone for your team Proven ability to enforce policies, hold team members accountable, and maintain high standards A sharp eye for detail and a mindset that doesn't cut corners Passion for great food, great service, and smooth, efficient shifts Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to stay on your feet during long shifts and lift up to 75 lbs Proof of Hepatitis A vaccination (or willingness to obtain prior to starting) What We Offer Competitive pay Paid time off Employee meal discount Opportunities for growth and advancement A fast-paced, fun-loving team that values hustle, heart, and high standards Ready to Lead?
