Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our French Brasserie with passion and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable culinary experiences while managing all aspects of restaurant leadership with confidence and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional eager to foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with an elevated dining experience. Casual atmosphere fine dinning to enhance a modern take on classical cooking. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and bakery activities, ensuring seamless service delivery. Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to cultivate a skilled and motivated team. Oversee food safety protocols, FIFO procedures and expediting role to uphold the highest culinary standards. Implement inventory control procedures, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent availability of quality ingredients. Handle POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Manage shift schedules, monitor operational costs, and contribute to budgeting efforts to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices across all restaurant areas. Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, service techniques, and hospitality best practices to enhance team performance. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Experience Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on fine dining or casual luxury settings. Advanced wine knowledge. Hands-on experience with POS systems for sales processing and reporting. Demonstrated ability in supervising staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and leading teams effectively. Strong background in food safety protocols, inventory control, budgeting, and food industry standards.
