General Manager

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our establishment while fostering a positive work culture. Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. Train, develop, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that enhance guest satisfaction. Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas at all times. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of budgeting, culinary practices, and hospitality management principles. Experience in training development and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with bartending operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
