Assistant General Manager
JAPAN INN RESTAURANT
Japan Inn is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and help lead our high-volume restaurant team. This position requires a strong leader who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Position Summary:
The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager to oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintain service standards, support team development, and ensure financial performance goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations Lead and coach
FOH & BOH
team members Monitor labor costs and sales performance Support scheduling and staff coverage Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve concerns professionally Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control Enforce company policies and procedures
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
