While the intended placement for this role is our Winter Garden Smokehouse, flexibility throughout the Central Florida market is essential, as final placement may shift based on business needs and organizational growth. This role begins with our 5-week Manager in Training (MIT) program, designed to fully immerse leaders in the 4 Rivers culture, systems, and operations. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will graduate into the General Manager title and role. Why 4 Rivers?
