Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests while managing day-to-day operations seamlessly. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, preferably within the pizza or casual dining sector. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training & development, and interviewing potential team members. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety protocols, and kitchen management. Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus; culinary experience or fine dining background is advantageous.
