We're looking for a driven Assistant Manager who shares our love for great food, genuine hospitality, and building a team that takes pride in what they do. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, consistent food quality, and an exceptional guest experience Coach, motivate, and develop team members through hands-on training and ongoing feedback Manage shift scheduling and ensure proper staffing coverage during peak hours Oversee inventory levels, supply ordering, and waste reduction to support cost efficiency Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and enforce proper cash handling procedures Uphold food safety standards and ensure full compliance with health and hygiene regulations Support the owner/management team in hitting financial targets through smart cost control Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of new team members Ensure food preparation and presentation consistently meets Craft Burger's quality standards Address guest concerns promptly and professionally — turning every experience into a great one Foster a positive, team-first culture where accountability and continuous improvement are the standard

What We're Looking For Experience:

Prior restaurant management or assistant management experience in fast-casual, QSR, or casual dining

Operations:

Strong understanding of food prep, kitchen management, and food safety protocols

Tech:

Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or similar); solid cash handling skills

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment Business acumen: Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and basic cost management People skills: Strong communicator who can connect with guests and team members alike
