Responsibilities Recruit, train, and supervise team members Enforce company policies and ensure a safe and efficient work environment Oversee daily operations between front and back of house Monitor stock levels Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in line with Department of Public Health guidelines Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns Drive productivity, team morale, and a positive store culture Represent and enhance the restaurant's image in the local community ✅ Required Skills/Qualifications Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Solid organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced , high-energy environment Motivated, reliable, and adaptable with a "lead by example" mentality ServeSafe certification ✨ Why Join Craft Burger?
