40 hours per week Tuesdays•Saturdays. Schedule may vary week to week.
Pay:
$100,000 Overview We're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to run our restaurant. The GM is a key role, as they will be responsible for hiring all staff, running all day-to-day operations, and ensuring customers have a good experience. They will have a lot of autonomy in their role, and will never experience any managerial overstepping or micromanaging.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Operations & Leadership Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations Lead, schedule, train, and manage bartenders, servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff Maintain service standards during high-volume and late-night shifts Handle guest issues calmly, professionally, and decisively Bar & Beverage Strong working knowledge of mixology and cocktail execution Manage bar inventory, ordering, pricing, and waste control Train staff on cocktails, spirits, and proper bar procedures Kitchen Oversight Oversee kitchen operations Ensure food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and ticket timing Monitor food costs, prep levels, and health department compliance Step in when needed to keep service moving during peak hours Financial & Administrative Assist with budgeting, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, safety standards, and company policies Qualifications Above all else, the General Manager must be fun to work with and easy to be around. With this particular role, we are looking for someone with a track record of success who can clearly show us that they have done well in similar roles in the past.
