As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and motivate staff to achieve their best. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while maintaining a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong management skills, and a commitment to excellence in food service. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer experiences Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team Oversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and proper food handling practices to maintain compliance with health regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours and resolving any operational issues promptly Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a strong hospitality team Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food service management and supervising teams Extensive experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management in casual dining or fine dining settings Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Strong background in inventory control, food safety management, and adhering to health regulations Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, training staff, and supervising daily restaurant operations Prior roles involving restaurant management, shift management, catering or banquet experience are highly desirable Required Competencies Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience managing labor, inventory, and service standards Knowledge of POS systems such as ALOHA or similar platforms Basic computer proficiency including scheduling and reporting tools Strong mathematical skills for inventory and cost controls Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated Ability to inspire teamwork and lead by example Experience working in multicultural environments Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Must be 21 years of age or older Education & Certifications High school diploma preferred (college coursework a plus) Ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish a plus) Must obtain and maintain all required local, state, and federal certifications including alcohol service and food handling permits Work Environment This role operates in a high-energy, professional restaurant environment with frequent movement between guest areas and service stations.
