Role:
As our General Manager, you'll be the heart of our theatre's operations. You'll oversee the entire team, ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and a seamless, magical experience. From hiring and training top-notch staff to managing inventory and collaborating on exciting promotional events, you'll play a crucial role in our success. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality and safety, all while working to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. We're looking for someone who can mentor diverse personalities, diffuse challenging situations with grace, and delegate effectively while remaining hands-on with all aspects of the theatre.
What You'll Bring:
Proven Leadership:
You have a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive management or leadership experience , with at least 2 years in a General Manager level role strongly preferred. Experience in hospitality, retail, food management, or entertainment is a plus.
Operational Expertise:
You're a pro at managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Customer Service Excellence:
You have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns with professionalism and empathy. A Passion for

You genuinely love movies and the magic of the entertainment industry.
Adaptability & Flexibility:
Our theatres are open 365 days a year, including holidays and evenings, so you'll need a flexible schedule and the ability to work when the action is happening.
Problem-Solving Skills:
You can think on your feet and effectively address challenges as they arise.
Strong Communication:
