Now located in 6 locations around the Atlanta area and growing. Our focus over the years has remained on serving incredible, made in-house from-scratch food in an upbeat, fun atmosphere with unforgettable service. With house-made corn tortillas and fresh, seasonal margaritas, we're continually striving to become more authentic and more PURE! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee, food service management, and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service are consistently met. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Oversee shift management and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that complies with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management with a focus on food service. Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food preparation, and restaurant operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team leadership. Ability to conduct interviews, hire qualified candidates, and provide training as needed.
