The Shift Manager role is responsible for leading team members during scheduled shifts, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, supporting guest satisfaction, and reinforcing company culture and expectations. Candidates should be dependable leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to developing strong teams and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily shift operations Coach, train, and support hourly team members Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures Maintain a positive and professional work environment Deliver excellent guest experiences through H&H Hospitality's "Happy to Help" service culture Assist with onboarding and training initiatives Support labor, productivity, and operational goals

Qualifications:
