Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Managers are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Operational Excellence:

Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant Resolve guest issues Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

Profitability:

Drive sales goals and results Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives Manage cash over/short during shift Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards

Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in English Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience Math and writing skills Basic computer skills At least 18 years of age (where applicable) High School diploma or equivalent, preferred

We use Managers and instore trainers, called Brand Ambassadors, to provide you hip-to-hip training on how to perform each task at a JJ's and we also use FAST TRACK, which is our Learning Management System (LMS) that provides you e-learning courses, job aids and other operational tools to reference, on your pathway to becoming a

JJ ROCKSTAR.

Blending hands by learning with computer-based instruction gets you ready to rock your first 30 days at JJ's.

Pay:

Base Pay $14 - $17 /hr - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE and type of experience. Also previous Jimmy John's experience and JJ Certifications. + Monthly Bonus Pay after training period.
