Managers are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
Team Environment:

Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant Resolve guest issues Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state lawsProfitability:
Drive sales goals and results Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives Manage cash over/short during shift Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standardsSkills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience Math and writing skills Basic computer skills At least 18 years of age (where applicable) High School diploma or equivalent, preferredCompetencies:

Develops and maintains relationships with team members Operates with integrity; demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitments Training Introduction At Jimmy John's, we use a blended training approach to build your knowledge and skills for you to be successful in your role. We use Managers and instore trainers, called Brand Ambassadors, to provide you hip-to-hip training on how to perform each task at a JJ's and we also use FAST TRACK, which is our Learning Management System (LMS) that provides you e-learning courses, job aids and other operational tools to reference, on your pathway to becoming aJJ ROCKSTAR.
Blending hands by learning with computer-based instruction gets you ready to rock your first 30 days at JJ's.Pay:
Base Pay $14 - $17 /hr - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE and type of experience. Also previous Jimmy John's experience and JJ Certifications. + Monthly Bonus Pay after training period.Benefits:
