Responsibilities Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve operational excellence and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Manage inventory levels and control food costs to maximize efficiency and minimize waste Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations through regular inspections and staff training Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep work, cooking, plating, and cleaning procedures Train staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards to foster a cohesive team environment Collaborate with management on scheduling, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives Experience Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a fast-paced culinary environment Strong knowledge of food safety standards (such as HACCP) and sanitation practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate Familiarity with inventory management and cost control Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with staff and management seamlessly Join us as a Kitchen Manager where your energetic leadership will shape memorable dining experiences.
