Beyond Juicery + Eatery is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager who is passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitable sales growth. This is not an entry-level management position. We are seeking a proven restaurant leader who has successfully managed restaurant operations, developed teams, improved financial performance, and actively grown sales through community involvement and local marketing. Our General Managers operate with an ownership mindset. They are responsible for leading every aspect of the business—from coaching and developing employees to increasing revenue, controlling costs, and building lasting relationships throughout the local community. What Success Looks Like As our Restaurant General Manager, you will be expected to: Grow restaurant sales through exceptional operations and Local Store Marketing initiatives. Increase catering and off-premise sales. Build strong relationships with local schools, businesses, fitness centers, healthcare organizations, and community partners. Develop Assistant Managers and Team Members into future leaders. Maintain labor, food cost, and operating expenses within company goals. Deliver exceptional guest experiences that build repeat business. Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture. Lead a clean, organized, and highly efficient restaurant every day. Primary ResponsibilitiesSales Growth & Business Development Develop and execute Local Store Marketing strategies. Build partnerships throughout the community to increase traffic and catering sales. Identify new business opportunities and community events. Drive year-over-year sales growth. Execute brand promotions and seasonal marketing campaigns. Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to improve performance. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain outstanding employees. Coach Assistant Managers and Team Members through regular feedback and accountability. Develop future leaders within the restaurant. Foster a culture built on hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Lead by example during peak business periods. Operations & Financial Performance Manage daily restaurant operations. Create schedules that maximize productivity while controlling labor costs. Monitor food cost, inventory, and waste. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain accurate cash handling and administrative procedures. Review key performance indicators and implement improvement plans. Guest Experience Deliver exceptional hospitality during every guest interaction. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally. Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and service standards. Build relationships with repeat guests and community partners. Required Qualifications Applicants who do not meet the following qualifications are unlikely to be considered. Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a fast casual, quick-service, or casual dining restaurant. Experience managing restaurants generating at least $1 million in annual sales. Experience leading teams of 20 or more employees. Demonstrated success managing labor, food cost, scheduling, inventory, and profitability. Experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing restaurant employees. Proven success increasing restaurant sales through Local Store Marketing, community involvement, or business development. Strong understanding of restaurant financial reports and key performance indicators. Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
