This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced restaurant, bar, lounge, or nightlife environments. Candidates should be passionate about customer service, team development, operations management, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of nightlife operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Oversee preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency. Manage inventory control to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Handle cash management and financial reporting accurately. Train, develop, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and enhance team performance. Coordinate banquet services and special events as needed. Implement marketing strategies to promote the bar and attract new customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in a management role within the quick service bar and lounge sector is essential. Strong knowledge of nightlife operations, including management and staff preparation techniques. Experience in cash handling and financial management within a hospitality environment. Demonstrated ability in training development, with a focus on building effective teams. Familiarity with inventory control processes to ensure efficient stock management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
