Everyone who walks through our doors is both family and friend. Job Description A Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q Manager will play a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant. The Manager has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including food delivery, customer relations, team management, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. A qualified applicant will possess a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, exceptional team building capability. Finally, the Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q manager supervises individual shifts, helping ensure that dining guests are served in a manner that meets the standards set by the restaurant. Responsibilities Full Service Restaurant/Bar Management experience Face to face customer interactions. Strong written and verbal communication. Knowledge of the food and restaurant industry Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hiring. Manage day to day operations, overseeing FOH Provide our guests with a memorable experience to insurance their return Be responsive to customer complaints or injuries Be a leader to the team and provide constructive feedback Create a positive work environment Solve any issues that may arise (guests, staff, restaurant maintenance etc.) 2-3 years of high volume restaurant experience High School Diploma or GED. Some college is preferred but not necessary. Food & Beverage knowledge Proficient in English Working knowledge of Restaurant software and POS Skills/Aptitude Ability to lead and motivate a team Managing financial aspects of a restaurant Customer Service Delegating task Time Management
