We are seeking a motivated, service-focused professional who is eager to take on a leadership role in hotel operations. This position is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who thrives in a hands-on environment and is ready to support daily operations, guest satisfaction, team leadership, and hotel sales efforts. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager with day-to-day hotel operations Support front office and housekeeping departments to ensure smooth daily performance Help maintain cleanliness, brand standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the property Deliver exceptional guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns Assist with supporting hotel sales efforts Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching, and staff support Provide operational coverage for employee absences and step into departments as needed to support the team and guest experience Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards Learn hotel financials, labor controls, inventory management, and revenue strategies Step into operational roles as needed to support the team and guest experience Qualifications Previous hotel or hospitality supervisory experience preferred Front desk and/or housekeeping experience strongly preferred Sales or group booking experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Marriott experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
