Job Description
At Thai Mango, we have been serving vibrant, bold Thai flavours with a focus on quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality for over 4 years. We believe a great restaurant is built by a strong, hands-on team that takes pride in both food and service. As we grow, we re looking for a full time and part time manager who can lead from the front, stay organized under pressure, and keep operations running smoothly every day.
This role suits someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and supports both front and back of house while delivering a strong customer experience.
ExpectationsRun the RestaurantOversee daily operations from open to closeCoordinate service across dine-in and online ordersMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment at all timesEnsure full compliance with DPH (Department of Public Health) standards at all timesManage OperationsManage inventory, ordering, vendors, and deliveriesMonitor stock levels and resolve shortages quicklySupport both front of house and kitchen as neededAccurately manage and pack all online and takeaway ordersLead the TeamSupervise servers and kitchen staffSupport training, performance, and daily team coordinationMaintain a positive, respectful, and accountable team environmentServe the GuestsProvide consistent, high-quality customer servicePromote current offers and encourage repeat businessHandle any customer concerns professionally and efficientlyEnsure Compliance & ResponsibilityHandle cash and card transactions accuratelyMaintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standardsEnsure compliance with all health and safety requirementsRequired QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageRestaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in Asian cuisineAbility to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable handling cash and POS systemsAbility to stand and move for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsFluent in English (Spanish advantageous)Valid driver s license and access to a car preferredAdditional InformationFood Safety certification preferred (support provided if needed)Evenings and weekends are required as part of the role
