Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse General Manager to lead our contract packaging and warehouse operations in Cochran, GA. As a Warehouse General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the site. This role oversees end-to-end operations, including production (co-pack), shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer program execution. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction by aligning people, processes, and technology. Salary:
Annual Salary starting between $90,000 - $110,000, plus great benefits available! Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Financial Acumen:
Proven experience managing site-level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Technical Knowledge:
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory control processes. Industry Expertise:
Experience in food-grade, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments; experience with AIB standards and audits is strongly preferred. Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team of managers and hourly associates. Physical & Environment:
Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment and work extended hours/weekends as needed to meet customer requirements. Primary Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day contract packaging, warehouse flow, and shipping/receiving to ensure efficient utilization of labor and equipment. Customer Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring all service expectations and contractual requirements are met. Financial Performance:
Monitor and analyze KPIs such as labor efficiency, OEE, and on-time delivery to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Inventory Control:
Manage all inventory processes including cycle counting, system integrity, and minimizing obsolescence or discrepancies. Safety & Quality:
Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, SQF), and customer-specific quality requirements. Continuous Improvement:
Lead Lean and 5S initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and standardize best practices across the operation. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain departments to align operational execution with overall business growth. How to Apply:
