What We Offer Competitive Pay:
Base salary of $45,000
  • 50,000.
Bonus Potential:
Earn up to an additional $5,000 annually.

Tuition reimbursement and a great employee discount. Job Summary As the General Manager, you will oversee the complete daily operations of your store. Your main focus is to uphold Auntie Anne's famous Three-Fold Philosophy while driving maximum store profitability. You will lead your crew from the front—handling everything from local talent recruitment to prepping, baking, and serving our iconic products.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate your local crew.
Staff Development:
Manage training assessments, performance reviews, and employee relations.
Operations & Scheduling:
Build compliant weekly labor schedules based on projected sales.
Financial Management:
Maintain strict cash-handling compliance and audit daily operational paperwork.
Inventory Control:
Direct the ordering of all store food resources and operational supplies.
Local Marketing:
Maintain proactive working relationships with Peachtree Mall management.
Brand Standards:
Ensure the crew strictly adheres to the Chestnut Land Company "Promise Code of Conduct".
Qualifications Experience:
Previous management experience in retail, restaurants, or a fast-paced environment.
License:
A valid driver's license is required.
Availability:
Must be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
