Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant, efficient environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and ensuring smooth service flow Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation in line with company guidelines Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking Train and develop staff members on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all areas of the restaurant Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting talented individuals to join the team Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing operational efficiency Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold high satisfaction levels Coordinate catering, banquet events, or bar services when applicable to maximize revenue opportunities Experience Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and reporting Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training & development, team management, and shift supervision Experience in hospitality management within fine dining or hotel settings is highly desirable Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality food service standards Familiarity with catering operations or banquet management is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding food experiences!
