Job Description

City Lines Bar & Grill in Dacula is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations in a bar and grill environment. This is not a sit-in-the-office role—we're looking for someone who can run the floor, support the bar, and lead the team during busy shifts.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage shifts Ensure smooth service and strong guest experience Support bartenders and servers during peak hours Help with scheduling, staff accountability, and daily operations Maintain standards and keep the team moving efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, hands-on, and team-focused Not afraid to jump in wherever needed This is a nighttime position, typically requiring four shifts per week from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
