Job Description
Overview We are seeking a mature go getter to help us manage our restaurant. We are interested in honesty, work ethic, previous leadership roll in Hospitality industry, past experience in working with and guiding people. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to think on your feet. Duties Assist in opening or closing the restaurant 5 days a week. Participate and oversee staff, customer service, cash handling, order recieving, proper closing procedures. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in food preparation and handling. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and financial reporting. Experience - 3 years minimum full service restaurant management Previous full serice/bar restaurant experience in a supervisory role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position will require you to work week ends.
