About PITA Mediterranean Street food is the largest Mediterranean brand restaurant in Georgia. Our growth across the state is fueled by are passion for our food, our team, our community, and our guests. We are looking for team members who are looking for a fun experience in a fast-paced environment. Our team members also learn what it takes to successfully deliver results in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Crew members work together, and share tips with the team. PITA have numerous opportunities for personal growth and development. Crew Member Job Summary Crew members work together as a team to ensure an all-around amazing guest experience. They assist with daily preparation, construction, and service of all menu items with focus on restaurant cleanliness and safe food handling practices. Job Qualifications Reliable transportation Flexible hours, and willingness to work weekends Warm, friendly personality Outstanding customer service skills Relentless work ethic Restaurant and/or hospitality experience is a plus but not necessary Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other PITA team members Job Expectations Punctuality Wear standard PITA uniforms Cleanliness Friendliness Sense of urgency Crew Member Job Responsibilities & Duties Maintains highest possible level of Product Quality Prepares food products according to approved PITA standards Maintains highest level of PITA Hospitality Great eye contact with the customer- always focusing on them Works well with teammates and accepts coaching from management team. Communicates with customers, teammates and managers in a positive manner. Keeps food preparation area, equipment and utensils clean and sanitary. Keeps lobby, front counter, kitchen, storage areas and restrooms neat and clean throughout the day Manages Inventory and orders
