Job Summary The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business while ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This position involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and assisting in sales management to drive business success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and be able to effectively communicate with both employees and customers. Duties Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Oversee shift management, ensuring that all staff are performing their duties effectively. Conduct employee orientation and training to foster a knowledgeable workforce. Manage stock levels and inventory, ensuring that products are available for customers. Support sales initiatives by engaging with customers and promoting products. Collaborate with the management team on budgeting and financial planning. Utilize math skills for accurate reporting and analysis of sales data. Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Skills Strong shift management capabilities to ensure smooth operations during all hours of service. Proficient in math for effective budgeting and financial oversight. Experience in wireless sales is a plus, enhancing product knowledge and customer engagement. Ability to conduct employee orientation effectively, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for new hires. Solid understanding of budgeting principles to assist in financial planning. Excellent management skills to lead teams towards achieving business goals. Proficient in stock management practices to maintain optimal inventory levels. Proven sales experience with a focus on achieving targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Sales management skills that contribute to team performance and motivation. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling communication with a diverse customer base.
