Koquio — part of LJ Hospitality Group LLC — is a Korean rotisserie & gluten-free fried chicken restaurant in Duluth, GA, home of Atlanta's first crispy-rice rotisserie chicken (nurungji tongdak) and 100% gluten-free Korean fried chicken. We opened in 2025, we're growing fast, and we run on one simple motto: connection first, always. We're looking for a Floor Manager to own the guest experience and lead our front-of-house team — someone who loves hospitality, runs a tight, warm dining room, and takes real pride in sending every guest out happy.

  • Run smooth, high-energy dinner service from open to close.
  • Lead, schedule, and coach servers, hosts, and bartenders with warmth and accountability.
  • Be the face of the room; greet, read tables, and fix problems before they happen.
  • Execute opening/closing checklists, cleanliness, and service steps consistently.
  • Keep our cocktail and beverage service sharp, stocked, and on-brand.
  • Manage FOH labor, drive sales, and protect our online reputation.
  • Onboard and develop FOH staff so the room runs great even on your day off. What you bring
  • 2+ years in restaurant management, or a strong lead ready to step up.
  • Genuine hospitality instinct — you actually like taking care of people.
  • Calm, organized leadership under a busy rush.
  • Comfort with POS/scheduling tech (we use Toast) and basic labor/sales reporting.
  • Available for dinner shifts, 5-6 days per week, including weekends and holidays. What we offer

  • 58,000 base, depending on experience

Schedule:
Full-time, dinner shifts only, 5-6 days/week including weekends.
Evening-to-close:
kitchen closes at 10:30 PM Sunday-Wednesday and midnight Thursday-Saturday, with closing duties wrapping a bit after. No opening shifts.
