4400 Ashford Dunwoody Rd NE #2090, Atlanta, GA 30346 26 Thai Hospitality Group is currently hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager at our 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar - Perimeter location. We are an Atlanta-based hospitality group behind concepts including 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar, Pink Lotus Thai Restaurant, Terminal 26, and other upcoming concepts focused on modern Thai cuisine, elevated hospitality, and strong team culture. We are seeking motivated leaders who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are committed to building strong teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Position Summary The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations including team leadership, service standards, guest experience, and overall operational performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of leading high-volume full-service restaurants with consistency and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and managers Maintain high standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality Manage labor scheduling and monitor labor costs Assist with inventory management and food & beverage cost controls Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally Work closely with ownership and district leadership on operational goals Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work culture Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience is a plus Experience in high-volume full-service restaurants preferred Thai or Asian restaurant experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage restaurant operations and financial performance effectively Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail

Compensation Salary:
