Job Description

Pizza Kitchen Manager We're looking for an experienced Pizza Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations and help deliver a consistently great product and guest experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in kitchen management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of quality, efficiency, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff Maintain food quality and consistency standards Oversee food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs Create and maintain staff schedules Ensure smooth service during peak hours Work alongside the team in a hands-on leadership role
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of kitchen management experience required Pizza kitchen experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Compensation:
