Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager - Restaurant and lead the charge in delivering exceptional dining experiences! As an integral part of our restaurant operations, you will oversee daily activities, ensure food quality and safety standards, and inspire your team to excel. Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and staff performance. Supervise daily shift activities to ensure smooth workflow, timely food delivery, and excellent customer service. Manage inventory control processes, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Train and develop team members on food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and customer service standards. Monitor compliance with health regulations and ensure cleanliness and safety in all kitchen and dining areas. Support budgeting efforts by controlling costs related to food production, labor, and supplies while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Hands-on experience with POS systems such as pulse POS Familiarity with inventory control, food safety regulations, and hospitality management principles. Excellent communication skills and able to foster a positive work environment. Previous assistant manager experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable, though not required; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
