General Manager - Restaurant 715 Gateway Center Boulevard, Grovetown, GA 30813

Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee beverages, pastries, frozen custard, Italian ice, and other treats to customers Manage employees Assist in scheduling Handle financial transactions and using Square point-of-sale system Help to provide friendly, courteous and welcoming customer service to customers and address all inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop Comply with health and food safety standards Assist with social media management, creation, and posting Train new employees as needed Assisting with food truck for events (ex: driving, setting up, or working the truck)

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of management experience Some expirience working with coffee Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work in shifts, including daytime and weekends A valid driver's license
