Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in casual dining or similar high-volume environments. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Results-driven with a focus on operational excellence and team development.
