Job Description An alternative to fast food, Zaxby's offers fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz, Wings, Sandwiches and Zalads. Zaxby's most popular items are its hand-breaded Chicken Fingerz and jumbo Buffalo Wings smothered in a choice of nine sauces with names like Wimpy, Tongue Torch, Nuclear and Insane. Zaxby's Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in achieving goals related to sales, costs, profits, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to: Ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. - Promote and reflect a positive work environment. Ensure all menu items are consistently prepared and served according to Zaxby's standards. Lead team members and shift managers with a positive and effective attitude. Provide training to team members in the areas of food preparation, service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Order and control inventory by forecasting and referring to past data. Increase sales by providing a great product along with great customer service

REQUIREMENTS

Assistant Manager Experience and Training Guidelines:

Age Requirement:

at least 18 years old

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Citizenship Requirements :

Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience Requirements:

At least one year of management experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Office environment; work with computer and office equipment Restaurant environment; work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment; hazardous conditions
