  • Full-time Position Overview As the Front of House Restaurant Manager , you will play a key leadership role in launching and operating Bellfire, a new upscale dining concept located inside The Lawrence Hotel, a Hilton Tapestry Collection lifestyle hotel in the heart of Downtown Lawrenceville.
Bellfire is being designed as more than just a restaurant. It is envisioned as a vibrant gathering place where elevated dining, handcrafted cocktails, refined hospitality, and memorable experiences come together in a sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere. As the leader of the front of house experience, you will help shape the culture, service standards, and guest reputation of one of Gwinnett County's most anticipated restaurant openings. You are the orchestrator of the guest experience, setting the tone, leading the team, and ensuring every detail reflects the level of service expected in a refined, high quality restaurant environment. Bellfire will feature approximately 128 seats across indoor dining, bar seating, and outdoor patio experiences , with expanded capacity approaching 200 guests during private dining events and special programming. You will oversee daily front of house operations, guide and develop your team, and partner closely with culinary leadership to deliver a polished yet inviting dining experience rooted in genuine hospitality.
Expectation:
Guest Experience Deliver a refined, upscale dining experience with personalized service Create an atmosphere that is both elevated and approachable Help establish Bellfire as a destination for both locals and hotel guests Create memorable guest moments that build loyalty and reputation Reservations & Flow Oversee reservations, VIP guests, and special requests Manage table flow and pacing to support a seamless service experience Maintain strong communication between the dining room, bar, and kitchen Service Excellence Set and uphold high standards consistent with upscale dining Ensure attention to detail across presentation, service, ambiance, and hospitality Maintain a polished dining environment that reflects the Bellfire brand Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a high performing front of house team Build a culture rooted in professionalism, energy, accountability, and hospitality Support hiring, on-boarding, training, and opening team development Menu & Beverage Knowledge Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and seasonal updates Support wine and beverage education, including pairing recommendations Help elevate the overall food and beverage experience through service knowledge Events & Programming Coordinate private dining experiences, tastings, and special events Help create memorable moments that elevate the Bellfire brand Support programming and experiences that drive community engagement and repeat business Guest Recovery Address guest concerns with professionalism and poise Turn challenges into opportunities to build loyalty and trust Empower the team to resolve issues with confidence and hospitality
Financial & Operational Oversight:
Manage labor, scheduling, and cost controls Support revenue growth and operational efficiency Maintain service standards while balancing business needs and profitability
Collaboration:
Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure alignment between kitchen and dining room Collaborate with hotel leadership to create a seamless guest experience throughout the property
