This dynamic role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage management, and a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and create memorable experiences for every guest. Duties Manage daily bar and restaurant operations, including supervising staff, overseeing food and beverage service, and ensuring smooth shift transitions Lead staff training and development to promote excellent customer service, proper food handling, and safety protocols Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and execute effective stock management using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards in both casual dining and fine dining settings Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food production, catering events, banquets, and special promotions Interview prospective team members to build a skilled and motivated staff aligned with our service standards Manage budgets, control expenses, and implement strategies for increased profitability Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on food service management, team supervision, and hospitality leadership Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong background in managing inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and cost analysis Demonstrated supervisory experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Ability to train staff effectively in food safety procedures, food handling practices, and service excellence Experience in managing shift schedules, conducting interviews, and developing team members' skills Knowledge of the food industry trends including catering services, bar operations, coffee or barista experience is a plus Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence Join us as a Restaurant Bar Manager where your leadership will energize our team!
