In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and ensure the restaurant meets its business goals. Duties Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and optimize profitability. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training programs, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas. Handle shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours. Foster a welcoming environment for guests by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving any issues promptly. Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong, capable team aligned with our service standards. Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis to achieve operational goals. Collaborate with kitchen management to oversee food handling procedures, food safety protocols, and culinary quality. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food industry practices including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise is essential. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food management strategies. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of staff training & development in hospitality management settings. Background in fine dining or hotel experience is a plus; culinary experience or catering background is highly valued. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective team management abilities. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
