Role Overview:
As a Shift Leader at Guthrie's, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and service our customers love. You'll supervise a team during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, managing team performance, and solving any issues that arise. This position offers a great opportunity to build leadership skills and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle money and cash transactions accurately. Maintain employee accountability by overseeing staff and delegating tasks. Address customer complaints and issues if the General Manager (GM) is not present. Ensure food products meet our high standards before being served to customers. Perform daily inventory counts and track sales reports. Ensure all operational tasks are completed during your shift, including opening/closing procedures. Support the team in achieving goals for service and quality.
Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience or supervisory skills required. Friendly, positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to lead and motivate a team. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Ready to Join Us?
